For Paper Form Enrollment

Kids Read Now recommends you meet with teachers to inform them of Kids Read Now program. Distribute Wish Lists and paper enrollment forms to each teacher. Inform teachers of the deadline to return their paper forms. All paper forms should be returned to Kids Read Now using the pre-addressed KRN envelope by the deadline specified by your account manager. Here are the steps for paper enrollment:

1. Distribute Wish Lists, Book Selection Forms, and Contact Forms to each teacher.

2. Teachers should use the Wish Lists and Book Selection forms to select books in class with their students. 

3. Teachers can send home the Wish Lists (after book selection is complete) and Contact Forms to each child's home and set a deadline to return the contact form.

4. Teachers should return all Book Selection Forms and Contact Forms to the Building Coordinator by their deadline.

5. Building Coordinators should mail back all forms to Kids Read Now by the deadline using the pre-paid UPS envelope.

For Online Enrollment

2. Teachers should use the Wish Lists and online platform to select books with their students.

3. Teachers can send home the Wish Lists (after book selection is complete) to each child's home. Families will be directed to updated their contact information online. The URL and a QR code is listed on the Wish List, so families know where to update their information.
